Recommended way of thawing

  • ① Prepare ice water (ice: water = 1:1)
  • ② Put the jar of caviar into a plastic bag.
    Drop it into the ice water and make sure no water or air enters.

  • ③ Thawing time is 50~80 minutes.
  • ④ Please add more ice if the ice in the bowl.
  • ⑤ Please consume as soon as possible after.

  • ⑥ For storage after thawing, the caviar must be kept chilled and make sure to consume within a week.
  • ※ Do not refreeze after thawing or you may lose the original flavor.
